I received my printed book from lulu, and
they resized and recropped my layouts,
leaving a large 2+ inches on the top and half an inch
on the right side. I am not sure how that happened,
as I did exactly what the online chat technician told
me to do. I am going to redesign my spread so that
there is no bleed to see if that resolves the issue.
Also, the quality isn't great. The resolution of the
images are poorer that the cdt lab's color printer.
The body pages are slightly laser glossed.
In addition the cover is gloss laminated..
